We hand-crafted our tools as well. Most of our lathes, wrappers & stands, finish dryers, thread-jigs and reamers are hand made, one-off tools.

All grips are custom made. EVA Foam, Cork and Exotic woods available. We have experimented with stacked birch bark and Stacked Palm bark. Carbon Fiber grips available upon request.

All components used are of the best quality and surpass industry standards.

We stock a selection of blanks. We Prefer Thrasher, Rainshadow & MHX blanks. Budget blanks are available and there are many that perform well, are solid fiberglass, which is very durable and hold up well to general use/abuse. Specific proprietary blanks can be sourced on request. Vintage Conolon blanks, hand-rolled hollow fiberglass, considered indestructable, are available on a limited basis for very special builds.
